A few reminders from our patient guide so your day of surgery starts smoothly.

  • Arrive at your requested arrival time.We give you an arrival time during your pre-operative call so we can prepare you for surgery.
  • Bring your insurance card and photo ID.Our front office staff will ask you to complete the paperwork for your surgery when you arrive.
  • Bring a responsible adult.Someone must drive you home and stay with you for at least 24 hours after surgery.
